I had the pleasure of gathering with the Reservoir Advisory Board in Austin recently. We shared our thoughts on what it takes to build a “sustainable leadership culture.” We discussed taking the long view and a thousand-year-old business in Kyoto. We explored listening deeply and valuing employee perspectives and experience. And we acknowledged the untapped resources that are the viewpoints of people different than ourselves. The most fun was just engaging in an unplanned, unscripted, freewheeling conversation about an important topic that we were able to capture on video.

The true test of your own leading and its sustainability is how much of your impact endures after you leave your position. Listen to the conversation and share your thoughts.
