His interests are leadership, crisis leadership, corporate culture, and ensuring that humanity reigns in our organizations. He enjoys exploring topics such as applied neuroscience, systems thinking, and complexity theory as they relate to the challenges of leadership.
Eric also writes for strategy+business, O’Reilly Media, and has written for Business Review (China), Worthwhile, Huffington Post, MarketWatch, and other outlets.
